Role
We are seeking an Industrial Maintenance Mechanic for a manufacturing company in Leominster, Massachusetts. This direct-hire position is responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing manufacturing and facility equipment.
Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair industrial production equipment.
- Perform preventive maintenance and maintain equipment reliability.
- Repair and replace mechanical and electromechanical components.
- Troubleshoot hydraulics and perform light plumbing and welding.
- Read basic blueprints, wiring diagrams, and equipment manuals.
- Assist with the installation and setup of new equipment.
- Use drill presses, grinders, and other metalworking tools as needed.
- Maintain critical spare parts and assist with outside vendors and contractors.
- Follow all safety, quality, and environmental procedures.
