Overview

We are hiring Business Purpose Lending (BPL) Loan Officers who thrive in a high-production environment — whether you're early in your licensed career or already managing a book of business. This role combines company-generated leads with the opportunity to leverage and expand an existing book of business.

Requirements

• 0–2 years of experience as a licensed Loan Officer (or a comparable lending background), managing leads and a book of business; company-generated leads will supplement your pipeline.
• Non-QM experience is strongly preferred, including DSCR, bank statement, and 5–10 unit loans.
• A license is not required for Business Purpose/DSCR loans.
• Must pass a background check.
