Insurance Defense Litigation Partner

About the Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Insurance Defense Litigation Partner for a significant succession opportunity within an established practice in Concord, NH. This role involves taking on a planned transition of a retiring partner's caseload over the next several years, alongside developing your own client relationships.

Compensation & Expectations

• Base salary: $125,000–$145,000
• Level: Non-equity partner
• Billable hours: A minimum of 1,600 billable hours is expected in year one, increasing to 1,700 thereafter.
• Bonuses: Meeting billable hour targets will result in a 10% bonus on origination and a 10% bonus on receipts.

Qualifications

We are seeking candidates with the following qualifications:

• Established experience in insurance defense litigation.
• A portable book of business of $100,000+ is preferred.
• Ability to independently manage litigation matters and client relationships.
• Strong business development and practice-building capabilities.
• Interest in long-term practice succession and leadership.
• Active admission and good standing with the New Hampshire Bar.
