The Role

We are seeking a passionate and organized Donor Outreach & Fundraising Coordinator to join our team. This role is crucial for expanding our donor base, nurturing existing relationships, and executing successful fundraising campaigns. You will be instrumental in securing the resources needed to further our mission.

Key Responsibilities

• Donor Relations: Develop and implement strategies to identify, cultivate, solicit, and steward individual, corporate, and foundation donors.
• Outreach: Plan and execute outreach initiatives, including events, campaigns, and direct communication, to engage potential donors and volunteers.
• Fundraising Campaigns: Assist in the planning, execution, and evaluation of various fundraising campaigns (e.g., annual appeals, special events, online giving initiatives).
• Database Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date donor records in our CRM system, ensuring data integrity for reporting and analysis.
• Communication: Craft compelling fundraising appeals, thank-you letters, newsletters, and other donor communications.
• Event Support: Provide logistical and administrative support for fundraising events, from planning to execution and follow-up.
• Reporting: Assist in preparing regular reports on fundraising progress, donor engagement, and campaign performance.
• Collaboration: Work closely with the Executive Director and other team members to align fundraising efforts with organizational goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Marketing, Communications, Non-profit Management) or equivalent experience.
• Proven experience (3-5 years) in fundraising, donor relations, or a related role within the non-profit sector.
• Demonstrated success in developing and executing fundraising strategies and campaigns.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft persuasive appeals.
• Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, Raiser's Edge) and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• A passion for the mission of the Franc Clubfoot Foundation.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with event planning and management.
• Knowledge of grant writing and reporting.
• Experience in digital fundraising and social media engagement.
