Oracle Fusion HCM Functional Consultant

We are seeking an experienced Oracle Fusion HCM Functional Consultant to join our team.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with client onsite and offshore teams to resolve production support issues.
• Perform impact analysis and propose solutions for enhancement requests.
• Manage configurations, migrations, and support activities in accordance with established processes.

Qualifications

Required Qualifications

• Experience supporting at least two Oracle Fusion projects in Oracle Cloud HCM.
• Proficiency in Fusion HCM modules, including Core HR, Absence and OTL, Compensation, Payroll (Qatar), ORC, Goal and Performance Management, Learning, and HR Helpdesk.
• Strong analytical skills and a solid understanding of business processes.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to collaborate, influence, and persuade effectively.

Preferred Qualifications

• In-depth understanding of company and industry standards and best practices in technology delivery.
• Skill in interfacing effectively with various organizational departments and IT.
• Ability to work independently with significant latitude for judgment.
