Outside Loan Officers — Business Purpose Lending (BPL) Loan Originator

We're seeking experienced Business Purpose Lending (BPL) producers with established investor relationships and an active book of business to grow production on a national platform.

Responsibilities

• Own and grow a book of business within the Business Purpose Lending (BPL) space.
• Serve as a strategic partner to real estate investors and broker partners by structuring deals and helping clients scale.
• Drive originations across a suite of investment-focused loan products.
• Use proprietary technology and AI tools to qualify, structure, and close deals efficiently.
• Partner with the operations team to move loans through underwriting and closing.
• Use company-supplied leads in addition to your own book of business to maximize deal flow and earning potential.
• Meet and exceed production targets while contributing to company growth.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience in Business Purpose Lending (BPL) or investment-property lending.
• Demonstrated experience with DSCR lending.
• An existing book of business and established investor relationships.
• Proven direct-to-consumer origination experience.
• Demonstrated production and closing history.
• Strong understanding of real estate investors and investment-property financing.
• Experience with Fix & Flip, Bridge, and Ground-Up Construction loans is highly valued.
• Strong sales, relationship-management, and deal-structuring skills.
• An entrepreneurial and results-oriented approach in a fast-paced environment.
