We are seeking a highly skilled Language-Enabled OSINT Collector to join our team in Reston, Virginia, supporting a government customer's mission-critical open-source intelligence (OSINT) collection efforts.

Role Overview

Conduct intermediate-level OSINT collection using MAS and other OSINT tools to research foreign sources, identify relevant patterns, and support intelligence requirements related to the proliferation and development of weapons of mass destruction (WMD).

Essential Job Functions

• Conduct intermediate-level OSINT collection using MAS and other OSINT tools to research foreign sources and support intelligence requirements.
• Perform targeted open-source collection and reporting focused on chemical, biological, radiological, nuclear, and explosives (CBRNE) and WMD-related activities.
• Research and identify information related to the proliferation, development, acquisition, production, and capabilities associated with WMD and CBRNE threats.
• Develop specialized collection plans based on established intelligence requirements.
• Draft Open Source Intelligence Reports (OSIRs) and other intelligence reporting products.
• Support OSINT analytic production requirements through targeted research, collection, and reporting.
• Contribute language-based insights and subject matter expertise to OSIR quality reviews.
• Apply foreign-language expertise to identify, interpret, and contextualize WMD- and CBRNE-relevant information.
• Ensure collection and reporting activities meet Defense Intelligence requirements and standards.
• Collaborate with analysts, collectors, and mission personnel.

Required Skills

• U.S. citizenship is required.
• Active Top Secret/Sensitive Compartmented Information (TS/SCI) clearance and the ability to obtain and maintain a polygraph.
• Intelligence Community (IC) experience.
• Eight years of experience conducting OSINT collection, research, analysis, and reporting, with a portion of that experience obtained within the past two years.
• Bachelor's degree in a related field from an accredited institution.
• Proficiency in one or more required languages, such as Chinese, Russian, Spanish, or Arabic.
• Ability to obtain and maintain ILR or DLPT language certification within 12 months.
• Target language proficiency is 2/2/1 (mid-level) or 3/3/2 (senior-level) under ILR/DLPT standards.
• English proficiency at a minimum ILR Level 3 in reading, listening, and writing.
• Demonstrated knowledge of WMD, CBRNE, proliferation, or related intelligence topics.
• Strong research, analytical, writing, and communication skills.

Preferred Skills

• OSINT certification from a recognized commercial or government training program.
• Experience supporting WMD- or CBRNE-focused intelligence collection or analysis.
• Experience analyzing foreign-language sources.
• Knowledge of WMD proliferation networks, technologies, and programs.
• Familiarity with Defense Intelligence reporting requirements.
• Experience using MAS or other specialized OSINT tools.
