Lead Environmental Engineer

This role is responsible for leading complex projects and processes with minimal supervision. The Lead Environmental Engineer will coach, review, and delegate tasks to junior professionals, and contribute to the development and implementation of operational plans for their areas of responsibility.

• Lead large projects or processes of complex scope with limited oversight.
• Coach, review, and delegate work to junior professionals.
• Assist in the development of operational plans and implement them for assigned responsibilities.
• Identify continuous improvement and automation opportunities, making recommendations based on detailed analyses and driving improvements with applied results.
• Adapt precedent and modify standard operating procedures to develop innovative solutions.
• Support stakeholder relationships through strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
