About the Opportunity
A significant succession opportunity is available for an incoming partner to join an established insurance defense litigation practice. The role includes a planned transition of a retiring partner’s practice over the next several years, while providing the opportunity to continue building independent client relationships.
Compensation Structure
- Billable hours: 1,600 minimum in year one and 1,700 thereafter
- Bonus eligibility: If the applicable billable-hour requirement is met, a 10% bonus on origination and a 10% bonus on receipts
Qualifications
- Established experience in insurance defense litigation
- Portable book of business of $100,000+ preferred
- Ability to independently manage litigation matters and client relationships
- Strong business-development and practice-building capabilities
- Interest in long-term practice succession and leadership
- Admission to, and good standing with, the appropriate authority to practice in New Hampshire
