<h2>Plant Maintenance Technician</h2><p><strong>Location:</strong> Bloomington, Illinois 61704, United States<br><strong>Job type:</strong> Contract</p><p>Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair a range of electrical and mechanical equipment to help keep the facility safe, clean, and efficient.</p><h3>Responsibilities</h3><ul><li>Troubleshoot and repair plant electrical and mechanical systems in a timely manner.</li><li>Work with electrical systems from 24V power supplies up to 480V, as well as hydraulic pumps, switches, air lines, and hoists.</li><li>Perform preventive maintenance on machines, HVAC, and AC systems.</li><li>Manage shop coolant and water reclamation systems.</li><li>Maintain organized inventory using the Crib Master system.</li><li>Keep the work area clean, safe, and hazard-free.</li></ul><h3>Requirements</h3><ul><li>3+ years of relevant mechanical or electrical experience, or relevant training.</li><li>Basic knowledge of 110V, 220V, and 480V electrical systems, hydraulic pumps, and troubleshooting 24V power supplies.</li><li>Familiarity with machine tool setups, way covers, and ATC/APC repair is a plus.</li><li>Valid driver's license.</li><li>A proactive, safety-minded approach to problem-solving and pride in quality work.</li></ul>
