Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Manager – CCH Tagetik Functional Consultant to support upcoming client implementation projects. This role requires strong functional, consulting, and client-facing capabilities rather than a purely technical or coding-oriented profile.

Position Summary

The ideal candidate will take senior ownership of project deliverables, guide execution activities, handle client requirements independently, and translate business needs into robust CCH Tagetik functional solutions. Hands-on CCH Tagetik implementation experience is required; experience limited to end-user activities is not sufficient.

Key Responsibilities

  • Requirement Management: Gather, analyze, and document complex client business requirements.
  • Functional Design and Architecture: Lead the functional design and shape the implementation architecture and processes from a functional perspective.
  • Platform Configuration: Support CCH Tagetik configuration, setup, and integration activities.
  • Collaboration: Coordinate with technical and engineering teams.
  • Testing and Deployment: Support user acceptance testing (UAT), deployment, and go-live activities.
  • Client Engagement: Work directly with clients, manage day-to-day implementation activities, and support a smooth consulting-led implementation lifecycle.
  • Team Guidance: Guide consultants and oversee deliverables.

Required Qualifications and Skills

  • Experience: 4–6 years of overall experience, including hands-on CCH Tagetik implementation expertise.
  • Education: Chartered Accountant (CA), MBA in Finance, B.Com/M.Com, ACCA, CPA, CFA, B.Tech, MCA, or an equivalent qualification. A CA qualification or equivalent financial certification is an advantage.
  • Core Skills:
    • Strong functional understanding and a consulting mindset.
    • Experience gathering client requirements, mapping processes, and developing functional designs.
    • Familiarity with finance transformation, Enterprise Performance Management (EPM)/Corporate Performance Management (CPM), and close automation.
    • Ability to bridge business needs and technical configurations.

Work Mode and Shift

  • Work Mode: On-site at the office and/or client office, depending on project requirements. Flexibility to travel is preferred.
  • Working Hours: Regular India working hours; exact timings may vary based on client needs.
