Manufacturing Production Supervisor – Food Production

RonInfoTech Solutions is hiring a Manufacturing Production Supervisor in Denver, CO.

About the Role

This is a 4+ month contract position with the potential for extension and conversion to a permanent role. You will lead and coordinate manufacturing and warehouse operations in a fast-paced food production environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and coordinate manufacturing and warehouse operations.
  • Improve production efficiency, quality, safety, and on-time delivery.
  • Develop, monitor, and execute short- and long-term plant goals and action plans.
  • Implement Lean Manufacturing principles and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Identify and promote cost-saving opportunities across production operations.
  • Foster a work environment focused on teamwork, trust, quality, and employee safety.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and applicable regulatory requirements, including OSHA, FDA, USDA, EPA, and HACCP standards.
  • Supervise, mentor, and develop production associates.

Available Shifts

  • 1st shift: 6:00 AM–2:30 PM
  • 2nd shift: 2:00 PM–10:30 PM
  • 3rd shift: 10:00 PM–6:30 AM

Compensation

$40.00–$45.00 per hour

Qualifications

  • At least 2 years of leadership or supervisory experience in a manufacturing or production environment.
  • At least 1 year of experience applying Lean Manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologies.
  • Food manufacturing, food production, warehousing, or consumer goods experience is strongly preferred.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead, motivate, and develop a diverse workforce.
  • Strong problem-solving, decision-making, and team management skills.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint).
  • Knowledge of applicable regulatory requirements, including OSHA, FDA, USDA, EPA, and HACCP standards, and the ability to ensure compliance.
  • Willingness to work flexible schedules, including weekends and holidays, as business needs require.
