Mining Site Supervisor
We are seeking a dedicated, safety-conscious Mining Site Supervisor to join our team. This field-based role involves responsibilities at mining locations in Kulti, Dhanbad, Jharkhand, Bihar, and other locations across Jharkhand.
Job Details
- Salary: ₹13,000–₹16,000 per month, plus ESI and free lodging
- Canteen: Affordable canteen facilities available
- Duty Hours: 10–12 hours, depending on work requirements
- Weekly Off: Sunday

Responsibilities
- Check production output against specifications.
- Monitor truck loading and unloading, and prepare reports.
- Identify efficiency issues and suggest improvements.
- Create and maintain documentation on production performance and progress.
- Enforce safety guidelines and company standards.
Qualifications
- Higher secondary pass, diploma, graduate degree, or B.Tech/B.E. in any specialization.
- Basic computer knowledge, including proficiency in MS Excel and MS Word.
- Good communication skills in Bengali and Hindi.
Experience
Freshers and experienced professionals are welcome to apply. Candidates with relevant prior experience may be preferred.
