About The Role:

We are seeking an experienced ML Engineer to transition ML models from prototype to production, with a strong emphasis on performance and scalability.

Key Responsibilities:

• Transition ML models from prototype to production, ensuring performance, scalability, and reliability.
• Optimize models using techniques such as quantization, distillation, and edge deployment.
• Build and maintain training and inference pipelines using Python (PyTorch, HuggingFace, scikit-learn).
• Develop performance-critical components using Golang.
• Deploy and orchestrate ML workloads using Kubernetes and ArgoCD.
• Manage data storage and retrieval using PostgreSQL, Cassandra, and Redis.
• Collaborate with AI scientists, DevOps, and platform teams on end-to-end model delivery.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as an ML Engineer in production environments.
• Strong Python skills, including PyTorch, HuggingFace, and scikit-learn.
• Demonstrated expertise in LLM optimization, including quantization, distillation, and edge deployment.
• Golang experience for developing performance-critical components.
• Hands-on experience with Kubernetes and ArgoCD.
• Working knowledge of PostgreSQL, Cassandra, and Redis.
• A strong focus on performance engineering and scalability.
