Multi-Craft Industrial Maintenance Technician

Responsibilities
- Comply with all safety regulations.
- Partner with the Engineering team to install, test, and release equipment.
- Record maintenance activities in a CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System).
- Maintain equipment used in industrial production, processing, pipeline distribution systems, and conveyor systems.
- Work with various programmable logic controllers (PLCs).
- Troubleshoot networking and communication systems, including EtherNet/IP, ControlNet, and DeviceNet.
- Troubleshoot AC drives, motors, encoders, and resolvers.
- Calibrate flow, level, pressure, and temperature devices and loops.
- Maintain bearings, conveying systems, gearboxes, and other equipment; perform rebuilds and repairs as needed.
- Understand automation and distributed control system architectures within manufacturing and processing environments.
- Work with hydraulic and pneumatic systems, as well as rotating equipment.
- Read and use blueprints, schematics, manuals, technical drawings, work orders, test results, and machine error messages.
- Inspect parts for damage and wear.
- Test and observe operating machinery.
- Use hoists, lifts, grinders, hand tools, power tools, welding equipment, and testing equipment.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
