About TOTCI Technologies:

TOTCI Technologies Pvt Ltd, headquartered in Al Fahidi Heights, Bur Dubai, UAE, specializes in integrated IT infrastructure, managed services, bespoke web applications, CRM/ERP solutions, and digital marketing automation. Our motto: “Think Out of the Circle – We automate processes and workflows.” We’re developing TOTFINITY, a SaaS-based integrated CRM/ERP web application with modules for Auth, Masters, Sales, CRM, Internal Purchase Requests, and more (target go-live: June 2026). Join our new India validation team to support Dubai operations remotely via structured workflows, Zoom meetings, and shared tools.

Role Overview:

We seek a detail-oriented Business Analyst / QA Analyst to bridge business needs and technical delivery for our TOTFINITY web application. This hybrid role combines requirement analysis, user story documentation, and manual QA testing of web interfaces and workflows (login flows, dashboards, forms, and business modules), defect management, cross-browser and device compatibility checks, exploratory testing for edge cases and usability, retesting resolved issues, and coordination with Dubai-based developers and the operations head. You’ll help validate CRM/ERP features such as customer management, sales pipelines, inventory, and dashboards, contributing to seamless end-to-end business processes with daily or weekly reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze business requirements from Dubai stakeholders; document detailed user stories, acceptance criteria, and functional specifications for web app features (e.g., login, dashboards, forms, reports).
  • Design test cases covering positive and negative scenarios, edge cases, functional and UI/UX validation, data entry, navigation, and CRM/ERP workflows.
  • Manually test web applications across browsers (Chrome, Firefox, Edge) and devices; validate login flows, dashboard navigation, forms and data entry, integrations, and end-to-end processes.
  • Perform exploratory testing for edge cases, usability issues, accessibility gaps, and real-world workflow bottlenecks.
  • Log defects using standard templates, including reproduction steps, screenshots or screen recordings, expected and actual results, and severity or priority; track them in Excel or Jira through resolution.
  • Coordinate daily with developers, the QA lead, and the operations head via WhatsApp, email, or Zoom to explain issues, provide reproduction steps, and retest fixes promptly; update defect status.
  • Validate backend data integrity using basic SQL queries (e.g., SELECT statements for CRM records and JOINs for sales reports).
  • Conduct cross-browser compatibility testing and basic device and screen-resolution checks for responsive web apps.
  • Participate in sprint planning, daily or weekly stand-ups, and refinement sessions during IST hours aligned with Dubai overlap.
  • Maintain traceability matrices, test execution reports, coverage summaries, and daily progress updates for audit and go-live sign-off.
  • Suggest process improvements, UI enhancements, and automation opportunities based on testing insights.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in B.Tech, B.E., BCA, B.Sc. IT, Computer Science, or a related field from a recognized university (2023–2025 graduates preferred for entry-level candidates).
  • 1–3 years of experience in BA/QA roles; hands-on experience with web app testing and requirements gathering. College web app projects are advantageous for entry-level candidates.
  • Proficiency in manual testing methodologies, including black-box testing, equivalence partitioning, and boundary value analysis.
  • Strong understanding of SDLC/STLC, Agile/Scrum processes, user stories (Gherkin format), and test case design and execution.
  • Basic computer skills, including Excel or Google Sheets for documentation and the use of screenshot and screen-recording tools.
  • Basic SQL skills for data validation (e.g., MySQL or PostgreSQL queries).
  • Familiarity with Jira, ClickUp, or Trello for issue tracking; Postman for basic API checks; and Zoom, Slack, or WhatsApp for communication.
  • CRM/ERP domain knowledge, especially in sales, inventory, or customer support workflows, is an advantage.
  • Strong English communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to learn quickly for remote coordination with Dubai.
  • Ability to work independently with daily accountability and collaborate with the team.

Preferred Skills:

  • Exposure to CRM/ERP systems (e.g., Salesforce, Odoo, or custom web apps).
  • Basic understanding of web technologies (HTML/CSS/JS, REST APIs).
  • Experience with test management tools (TestRail, Zephyr).
  • Ability to work IST hours, 9 a.m.–6 p.m., Monday–Saturday; Sunday off.

What We Offer:

  • Full salary during the 6-month probation period; performance-based increment and incentives after probation.
  • Paid leave and statutory benefits after probation.
  • Training on TOTFINITY, including ERP/CRM modules, and growth opportunities in QA automation or project coordination.
  • Direct reporting to the Operations Head in Dubai and a clear career path in the expanding India team.

Onboarding & Commitment:

  • Mandatory 2-year bond (early exit: ₹2 lakh training fee reimbursement).
  • Submit original 10th/12th marksheets and degree certificates for verification on Day 1; they will be returned after the bond period.
  • Interview process: written test (SQL and test cases), technical round, and HR discussion.
