Responsibilities

  • Source and convert leads through calls, social media, fieldwork, and referrals.
  • Present property offerings to clients and conduct site inspections.
  • Follow up with prospects and update CRM and sales records.
  • Handle client inquiries, negotiate prices, and close sales.
  • Prepare sales reports and meet monthly sales targets.
  • Represent the company during marketing campaigns and property tours.
  • Maintain relationships with new and existing clients.

Requirements

  • Sales experience; real estate experience is a plus.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills.
  • Confidence in marketing and the ability to meet targets.

Compensation and Benefits

  • Monthly salary: NGN 100,000.
  • Commission: 10% on each closed deal.
  • Location: Abuja, Nigeria.
