Sales Representative and Freight Dispatcher

Job Summary

TDF LLC is hiring Sales Representatives and Freight/Logistics Dispatchers for on-site, night-shift roles supporting international customers and transportation operations. Sales Representatives engage prospective clients, convert leads, and meet sales targets. Dispatchers coordinate shipments, negotiate rates, monitor deliveries, and communicate with drivers and clients. Both roles require at least one year of relevant experience and strong spoken and written English.

Key Responsibilities

• Contact prospective clients, present services, respond to objections, and convert leads into customers.
• Maintain accurate customer records, sales pipelines, shipment details, and operational documentation.
• Meet sales targets and performance metrics, or coordinate daily transportation and shipment movements, as applicable to the role.
• Negotiate profitable freight rates with brokers and use load boards such as DAT and Truckstop.
• Track shipments and delivery statuses, resolve delays, and keep drivers, clients, and support teams informed.
• Follow applicable transportation procedures and ensure accurate paperwork and billing.

Qualifications

• Skills: Strong English communication, customer engagement, sales or dispatch coordination, negotiation, recordkeeping, and familiarity with CRM tools or freight load boards, as relevant to the role.
• Education: High school diploma or equivalent preferred; further education may be beneficial.
• Experience: At least one year of relevant experience in sales, logistics, or call center operations.
• Attributes: Persuasive, organized, reliable, adaptable, and able to work effectively during night shifts.
