Security Supervisor
Job Resource Point is hiring an experienced Security Supervisor for a position in Mejia, Bankura, West Bengal. Candidates with 2–3 years of relevant security or supervisory experience and an H.S. qualification or above are encouraged to apply.
- Salary: ₹16,878 per month (PF and ESI)
- Duty hours: 12 hours, with one day off
- Job location: Mejia
Responsibilities
- Supervise security guards and manage daily security operations.
- Maintain discipline and ensure security procedures are followed at the site.
- Monitor the entry and exit of employees, visitors, and vehicles.
- Conduct regular security rounds and inspections.
- Prepare and maintain daily security reports.
- Handle security-related incidents and promptly report them to management.
- Ensure proper deployment and attendance of security personnel.
- Coordinate with site management during emergencies.
Requirements
- H.S. qualification or above.
- 2–3 years of experience in security supervision or a similar role.
- Good communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to manage security staff and work in shifts.
- Responsible and disciplined attitude.
