Senior AI Delivery Manager

Job Summary

The AI Delivery Manager coordinates the implementation of AI and big data initiatives, from requirements elaboration through design, development, integration, testing, migration, deployment, and operational handover. This role aligns product, business, data, and technology teams; manages delivery plans, dependencies, risks, and milestones; and ensures solution outputs are documented, tested, and ready for acceptance and production use.

Key Responsibilities

• Translate AI and data product priorities into implementation plans, milestones, and build-ready work packages.
• Coordinate requirements with product managers, business users, technical leads, data owners, and platform teams.
• Track design, development, configuration, and integration work across architecture, data engineering, applications, AI platforms, security, infrastructure, and user experience.
• Manage delivery dependencies and facilitate resolution of technical, integration, and project issues.
• Coordinate system, integration, user acceptance, security, and performance testing, including defect remediation and sign-offs.
• Support release readiness, deployment preparation, migration, cutover, and operational handover activities.
• Maintain delivery documentation and report on milestones, risks, issues, decisions, changes, and go-live readiness.

Qualifications

• Skills: Project and program delivery, implementation planning, requirements management, dependency and risk tracking, stakeholder coordination, governance reporting, and familiarity with AI, data, and enterprise technology initiatives.
• Education: Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, Project Management, Data, Digital Transformation, or a related field.
• Attributes: Analytical, organized, collaborative, proactive, and an effective communicator with strong problem-solving skills.
• Experience: Typically 8 or more years in project, program, portfolio, or operations management, preferably in technology, digital transformation, data, or AI initiatives.

Compensation & Benefits

• Salary: 150,000 (currency and pay period not specified).
• Work arrangement: Hybrid, with on-site reporting three days per week.
• Schedule: Day shift, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
