We are seeking a highly experienced and motivated Senior Architect to join our dynamic team. This role requires a deep understanding of BIM workflows and proficiency in industry-standard software.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage architectural technology aspects of projects from concept to completion.
• Develop and implement BIM strategies and workflows to ensure project efficiency and accuracy.
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to deliver high-quality designs.
• Prepare detailed technical documentation, including drawings, specifications, and reports.
• Conduct site visits and provide technical support during construction phases.
• Mentor and guide junior architectural technologists.
• Stay updated with the latest advancements in architectural technology and software.

Qualifications

• Skills:
  • Proficiency in Autodesk Revit and BIM workflows
  • Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator)
  • Strong understanding of architectural principles and building codes
  • Excellent technical drawing and documentation skills
  • Project management and leadership abilities
  • Site experience and project delivery knowledge
• Education:
  • Master’s Degree in Architecture (MArch) or Master’s Degree in Architectural Technology (MTech)
