Senior Architectural Technologist

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Architectural Technologist to join our dynamic team. This role involves developing and executing architectural designs, leveraging advanced BIM software, and contributing to innovative design solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute architectural designs.
• Utilize Autodesk Revit for design and documentation.
• Apply Adobe Creative Suite for presentations and design materials.
• Engage in creative problem-solving to develop innovative architectural solutions.
• Contribute to experiential design concepts.
• Apply site experience to project execution.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Bachelor of Architectural Studies (Honours), Bachelor of Technology Degree, or National Diploma in Architectural Technology.
• 5–10 years of post-qualification experience in the architectural industry.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Autodesk Revit.
• Proven BIM experience and proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite.
• Strong technical resolution skills, conceptual design capability, and creative problem-solving abilities.
• Interest in experiential design and innovative architectural solutions.
• Demonstrated site experience.
