Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design and development of interior architecture and design projects, ensuring adherence to client requirements and industry standards.
• Manage project teams, providing guidance and oversight throughout the design and construction phases.
• Develop and review construction documentation, architectural details, and technical specifications.
• Collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams, including engineers, contractors, and consultants.
• Ensure compliance with building codes, regulations, and relevant professional standards.
• Utilize Autodesk BIM software for design, documentation, and project coordination.
• Mentor junior designers and contribute to the overall growth of the design team.
