Senior Civil Foreman

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Senior Civil Foreman to oversee and coordinate all civil construction activities on-site. The ideal candidate will ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards, while effectively leading and managing site teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and supervise all site activities, ensuring adherence to safety regulations and quality standards.
• Interpret and work from civil engineering and structural drawings.
• Apply extensive knowledge of concrete works, formwork systems, reinforcement detailing, and earthmoving techniques.
• Demonstrate strong leadership, communication, and crew-management skills.
• Utilize excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities in fast-paced construction environments.

Qualifications and Experience:

• A qualification in Construction Supervision or a related field.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience working as a Civil Foreman.
• Proven ability to read and interpret civil engineering and structural drawings.
• In-depth knowledge of concrete works, formwork systems, reinforcement detailing, and earthmoving techniques.
• Strong leadership, communication, and crew-management capabilities.
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
