Senior HR Recruiter

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Senior HR Recruiter to manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from identifying talent through to successful hires. The role focuses particularly on leadership, niche, and critical positions.

Key Responsibilities

• Source qualified candidates using platforms such as Naukri and Foundit.
• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing to final offer.
• Guide and mentor junior recruiters and interns.
• Develop and implement sourcing strategies.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to gather requirements and support engagement.
• Ensure timely candidate placement within defined turnaround times (TAT).
• Prepare and present recruitment management information system (MIS) reports.
• Identify and implement improvements to recruitment processes and methods.

Qualifications

• A graduate degree is required.

Interview Process

The interview process consists of three rounds: a sourcing test and two discussion rounds.
