Role overview

We are looking for a creative, detail-oriented Senior Illustrator, Sketcher, or Cartoonist with strong visual skills and the ability to work across diverse artistic styles. The role involves producing high-quality illustrations and communicating clearly and professionally.

Key responsibilities

• Create stylized illustrations from briefs while maintaining composition and visual consistency.
• Adapt and replicate multiple illustration styles and produce accurate variants.
• Ensure quality in lighting, texture, and overall output.
• Document prompts, style choices, and metadata clearly.
• Collaborate effectively with teams and incorporate feedback.
• Deliver polished, production-ready work aligned with project goals.

Style expertise

Sketching and drawing; cinematic and film noir; steampunk; surreal, dreamlike, and psychedelic; cyberpunk and sci-fi; Art Deco and Art Nouveau; vintage and retro; glitch and vaporwave.

Tools

Adobe Photoshop, Procreate, Adobe Illustrator (for vector illustration, if required), Affinity Suite, and Clip Studio Paint.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of professional experience as an illustrator, sketcher, cartoonist, or in a similar role.
• A strong portfolio demonstrating versatility across multiple styles.
• Strong fundamentals in composition, color, and lighting.
• Ability to paint or render scenes, characters, or environments.
• Ability to accurately replicate multiple art styles.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• High attention to detail and time-management skills.

Compensation

Candidate pay is task-based, approximately $4–$6.75 per hour.
