Senior Quantity Surveyor (Contract)

We are seeking an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor to join our team on a contract basis. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing project costs within the construction industry, specifically for large industrial property developments.

Responsibilities:

• Manage project costs, budgets, and commercial performance throughout the project lifecycle.
• Oversee subcontractor certification, valuations, payment processes, and commercial administration.
• Prepare variation orders, cost reports, and detailed project costing reports.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Quantity Surveying (BSc or BTech).
• Minimum of 8 years of experience as a Contractor Quantity Surveyor in the construction industry.
• Demonstrated experience with a large industrial property construction company or similar construction environment.
• Solid understanding of construction measurement, cost control, and contract administration principles.
• Proficiency in CCS Candy or comparable construction cost management software.
