Senior Trusts & Estates Attorney

Job Details

• Location: Concord, NH
• Compensation: $135,000–$175,000 base
• Role level: Non-Equity Partner

Overview

We are seeking an attorney with an established trusts and estates practice who wants the support, infrastructure, and resources of a larger firm platform.

Performance Expectations

• Minimum of 1,600 billable hours in the first year and 1,700 thereafter.
• Meeting these targets qualifies for a 10% bonus on origination and a 10% bonus on receipts.

Requirements

• Minimum portable book of business: $275,000+
• Demonstrated ability to maintain and grow client relationships.
• Strong practice development and origination capabilities.
• Admission to the New Hampshire bar and good standing to practice in New Hampshire.
