About the Opportunity

We are seeking an attorney with an established Trusts & Estates practice who wants the support, infrastructure, and resources of a larger firm platform. This is a lateral non-equity partner opportunity with a competitive compensation structure.

Compensation and Bonus Structure

• Base compensation plus bonuses
• Minimum portable book of business: $275,000
• Minimum billable hours: 1,600 in the first year and 1,700 thereafter
• Upon meeting the applicable billable-hour requirement: 10% bonus on origination and 10% bonus on receipts

Qualifications

• Established Trusts & Estates practice
• Portable book of business of at least $275,000
• Demonstrated ability to maintain and grow client relationships
• Strong practice-development and origination capabilities
• Admission to practice law in New Hampshire and good standing
