Job Summary
The Senior Workforce Strategy Consultant leads data-driven workforce and human capital strategy engagements for clients. This role combines workforce analytics, labor economics, organizational psychology, statistical modeling, and responsible artificial intelligence to develop actionable insights, analytical products, and implementation strategies that improve workforce outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Translate business and workforce challenges into analytics-driven solutions using qualitative research, advanced statistics, machine learning, and large language models.
- Design, build, validate, and operationalize forecasting models, skills taxonomies, retention-risk models, mobility recommendations, and other workforce data products.
- Lead client engagements as a workforce analytics and artificial intelligence subject-matter expert, including methodology definition, stakeholder presentations, and implementation planning.
- Conduct pay equity, strategic workforce planning, external labor market, retention, reskilling, and organizational effectiveness analyses.
- Quantify the business impact and return on investment of workforce initiatives and recommended interventions.
- Develop dashboards, visualizations, presentations, and data stories that make technical findings clear and actionable for business and human resources leaders.
- Apply responsible artificial intelligence practices, including model validation, bias detection and mitigation, explainability, privacy protection, documentation, and governance.
- Contribute to proposals, reusable frameworks, client accelerators, and thought leadership related to AI-enabled workforce strategy.

Education
Master's or doctoral degree in economics, industrial-organizational psychology, statistics, data science, computer science, labor relations, or another quantitative discipline.
Experience
Typically 8 or more years of relevant consulting or workforce analytics experience, including pay equity, strategic workforce planning, labor market analysis, or related engagements.
