SEO Intern

Job Summary

The SEO Intern will support the team in improving website visibility and organic search performance. This role assists with keyword research, content optimization, basic technical SEO tasks, and performance reporting while providing practical experience in search engine optimization.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct keyword research and help identify relevant search opportunities.
• Assist with on-page optimization of website pages and content.
• Review pages for basic SEO issues, such as broken links, missing metadata, and heading structure.
• Support the creation and updating of SEO-focused content briefs and recommendations.
• Monitor organic traffic, rankings, and other performance metrics using analytics tools.
• Prepare reports and share findings with the SEO or marketing team.

Qualifications

• Skills: Basic understanding of SEO principles, keyword research, content optimization, and web analytics. Strong research and communication skills are required; familiarity with spreadsheets and common SEO tools is helpful.
• Education: Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree or coursework in marketing, communications, business, digital media, or a related field.
• Attributes: Curious, detail-oriented, organized, proactive, and eager to learn.
