The organization undertakes large-scale industrial projects, mechanical construction, plant maintenance, shutdowns, revamp projects, and manpower deployment for reputed companies across India.

Role Details

• Role: Site In-Charge
• Department: Production
• Location: Hazira, Gujarat
• Openings: 3
• Education: B.E./B.Tech. in Mechanical Engineering
• Experience: 10 years, including 4–5 years with a reputed organization
• Compensation: INR 9–10 LPA

Responsibilities

• Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
• Develop detailed project plans, roadmaps, timelines, milestones, and deliverables.
• Allocate resources efficiently and manage budgets and expenses.
• Coordinate with team members, clients, and other stakeholders.
• Lead teams by assigning roles and responsibilities.
• Foster collaboration, resolve conflicts, and maintain team morale.
• Monitor project progress, conduct quality checks, and address risks and challenges.
• Ensure deliverables meet client or organizational standards.
• Apply technical expertise, leadership, and problem-solving skills throughout each project phase.
• Take ownership of project execution to help achieve objectives efficiently.
