Site Supervisor

Responsibilities:

• Oversee and monitor daily construction activities on site.
• Supervise and instruct the construction team and contractors.
• Interpret drawings and provide instructions to workers.
• Conduct regular site inspections to identify and mitigate safety hazards, ensuring adherence to safety regulations and educating workers.
• Adhere to quality standards and maintain checklists to achieve required quality.
• Coordinate with agencies and vendors.
• Participate in project planning.
• Perform resource planning.
• Track and plan material deliveries.
• Maintain daily progress reports and submit them to the Manager.
• Identify and report any risks during the execution stage.
• Verify and authorize contractor/vendor measurements and bills.
• Maintain material records.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Relevant degree or diploma in Civil Engineering.
• 4-8 years of experience in site supervision.
• Hands-on experience in the overall execution of residential projects.
• Interior Design experience is preferred.
• Strong coordination and communication skills.
• Proficiency in planning and scheduling.
• Sound knowledge of construction techniques.
