Job Summary

The Senior Executive Compensation Consultant will lead the design and implementation of executive compensation and total rewards strategies for clients across the United States. This client-facing role provides expert guidance on pay benchmarking, incentive plan design, pay structures, governance, and broader rewards programs while supporting business development and mentoring consulting professionals.

This position is based in New York City and follows a hybrid schedule, with at least three days per week in the office. Some domestic travel is expected.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead client engagements involving executive compensation, total rewards strategy, pay benchmarking, and incentive plan design.
  • Design short- and long-term incentive programs aligned with organizational objectives and talent strategies.
  • Advise HR and business leaders on compensation governance, regulatory considerations, and market practices.
  • Build and maintain trusted client relationships while identifying opportunities for additional consulting services.
  • Develop business development initiatives and contribute to sales growth in key U.S. markets.
  • Oversee project teams, ensuring high-quality deliverables, presentations, and timely project completion.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create integrated, technology-enabled total rewards solutions.
  • Monitor compensation trends, regulatory developments, and emerging practices, including AI-enabled tools.
  • Mentor and develop junior consulting professionals and promote continuous learning.

Qualifications

  • Skills: Executive compensation, total rewards, pay benchmarking, incentive plan design, compensation strategy, project management, business development, client relationship management, presentation, communication, and regulatory analysis.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Finance, Economics, Organizational Psychology, or a related field. Advanced education or relevant professional credentials may be advantageous.
