Job Summary

The Senior Human Resources Transformation Consultant leads complex HR transformation engagements for mid-sized and large organizations. This role combines HR strategy, operating model design, HR technology, artificial intelligence, automation, analytics, and organizational adoption to modernize HR functions and improve workforce outcomes.

The consultant also contributes to business development, executive-level client relationships, thought leadership, and the mentoring of consulting teams. This hybrid role includes regular office attendance in Philadelphia or Washington, D.C.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and expand relationships with mid-sized and large organizational clients.
  • Lead business development activities, including executive presentations, proposal development, solution design, commercial scoping, contract negotiation, and revenue generation.
  • Advise clients on AI, automation, analytics, HR technology, employee experience, operating models, and process redesign across the employee lifecycle.
  • Lead HR transformation engagements from planning through delivery, ensuring high-quality outcomes, budget control, timely completion, and adherence to scope.
  • Design integrated solutions involving HR strategy, human resources information systems (HRIS), digital automation, conversational AI, generative AI, and organizational change.
  • Manage multidisciplinary project teams, mentor junior consultants, and provide guidance on modern HR practices, analytics, and responsible AI adoption.
  • Contribute to thought leadership, methodologies, go-to-market materials, and integrated solutions across consulting practices.
  • Promote the ethical, secure, scalable, and practical use of AI in HR transformation initiatives.
