Job Summary

We are seeking experienced Palantir Forward Deployed Engineers (FDEs) to solve real-world business problems by working directly with clients. This is a highly collaborative, customer-facing role where you will bridge business and technology, delivering impactful solutions using the Palantir Foundry and AIP platforms.

The ideal candidate possesses strong hands-on Palantir experience, excellent communication skills, and the ability to collaborate closely with stakeholders to rapidly design, build, and deploy enterprise solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Embed directly with client teams to understand business workflows and operational challenges.
• Design, develop, and enhance solutions using Palantir Foundry, Ontology, and AIP.
• Build and optimize data pipelines, applications, and workflows within the Palantir ecosystem.
• Translate complex business requirements into scalable technical solutions.
• Drive rapid solution development through close collaboration with end users.
• Own end-to-end delivery, ensuring successful implementation, adoption, and business value.
• Act as the trusted technical advisor during client engagements.
• Troubleshoot production issues and continuously improve platform performance.
• Partner with cross-functional engineering, product, and business teams.

Required Skills

• Strong hands-on experience with Palantir Foundry
• Experience with Palantir AIP (Artificial Intelligence Platform)
• Expertise in Ontology, Data Pipelines, and Application Development
• Strong SQL and data engineering knowledge
• Experience integrating enterprise data sources
• Excellent Python programming skills
• Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities
• Outstanding communication and client-facing skills
• Experience working directly with business stakeholders

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Palantir Forward Deployed Engineer (FDE)
• Experience delivering enterprise digital transformation projects
• Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
• Experience with large-scale data engineering and analytics platforms
• Consulting or client-facing delivery experience
