Technical Consultant / Principal Software Engineer / Architect

About the Role

Eravolve is seeking a highly skilled Technical Consultant to manage client engagements for US-based projects. This role involves collaborating with US companies, working closely with management teams, and supporting projects across diverse business environments.

Responsibilities

• Participate in daily stand-ups and Scrum meetings to manage US projects after acquisition.
• Be available for at least six hours per day during the Eastern Time Zone.
• Provide technical guidance and oversight to the engineering team to support daily progress and project success.

Compensation

• Hourly rate of $30–$60 for the first two months.
• After the initial two-month period, a monthly base salary of $2,500.
• $500 bonus for each project secured.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science.
• English proficiency at a minimum C1 level, with clear and concise communication skills.
• At least 9 years of professional software development experience.
• At least 3 years of experience in a lead or architect role.
• Proficiency with technologies such as Python/Django and React/Next.js.
