Restorative Health Care is seeking dedicated Licensed Vocational Nurses (LVNs) and Registered Nurses (RNs) for Private Duty Nursing opportunities in San Antonio and Corpus Christi. Compensation

• RN Pay Rate: Up to $34 - $41/hr (Varies based on acuity level and experience)
• LVN Pay Rate: Up to $24 - $29/hr (Varies based on acuity level and experience)

Responsibilities

As a Private Duty Nurse, you will:

• Provide one-on-one nursing care in patients' homes.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
• Monitor vital signs and patient condition.
• Manage G-tubes, tracheostomies, and ventilators as needed.
• Educate families on patient care and safety.
• Document patient care using Kantime EMR.
• Perform duties that may involve standing for extended periods, bending, reaching, and occasional lifting up to 50 pounds or more, with or without reasonable accommodation.

Qualifications

• Active Texas LVN or RN License.
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification (in-person required).
• Negative TB test (within 1 year) or Chest X-ray (within 5 years).
• Reliable transportation for travel within a 20-mile radius.
• Pediatric or home health experience is preferred but not required.
• New graduates with an active license are welcome; training is provided.
