Programmatic Campaign Manager

Job Summary

The Programmatic Campaign Manager will be responsible for the end-to-end management of programmatic advertising campaigns. This role involves strategic planning, campaign setup, ongoing optimization, and performance reporting across various digital channels and platforms. The ideal candidate will leverage data-driven insights to achieve measurable client outcomes and contribute to the growth of the team and business.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the complete lifecycle of programmatic campaigns, including setup, pacing, optimization, troubleshooting, and performance reporting.
• Collaborate with account teams to develop effective programmatic media plans, provide strategic insights, and participate in client meetings and reviews.
• Engage with external platforms and technology partners to stay updated on new features, betas, and capabilities.
• Support new business initiatives through data analysis, strategic input, and presentation assistance.
• Mentor and train junior team members on programmatic best practices and operational excellence.
• Develop and execute data-driven strategies across web, app, CTV, audio, and DOOH channels.

Qualifications

• Skills:
  • Proficiency with multiple DSPs (e.g., DV360, The Trade Desk)
  • Experience with direct-response metrics
  • Audience, inventory, and publisher planning
  • Familiarity with ad servers, tracking, and mobile measurement tools
  • Excel proficiency with large datasets
  • Strong problem-solving and data analysis skills
  • Excellent organizational, collaboration, presentation, and communication skills
• Education:
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience)
