Product Advisor

Job Summary

Seventh Heaven is hiring Product Advisors for telecalling sales roles in Chennai and Kochi. Successful candidates will contact prospective and existing customers, understand their needs, explain relevant matchmaking services, and support sales conversions through persuasive, customer-focused conversations. Fluency in Tamil and English is required for Chennai; Malayalam and English are required for Kochi. Candidates must have at least one year of relevant experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers and introduce suitable services.
• Understand customer requirements and explain product features, benefits, and pricing clearly.
• Use consultative selling and persuasive communication to convert leads into sales.
• Follow up with customers, manage objections, and maintain positive customer relationships.
• Support upselling, renewals, and other sales activities while working toward performance targets.
• Record call outcomes and customer information accurately in the relevant systems.
• Deliver a professional, customer-focused experience in every interaction.

Qualifications

• Skills: Telesales, telemarketing, customer engagement, active listening, persuasive communication, objection handling, and basic record-keeping. Tamil and English are required for Chennai; Malayalam and English are required for Kochi.
• Education: Higher Secondary Certificate (HSC/12th pass) or graduation.
• Experience: At least one year in telesales, telemarketing, collections, upselling, customer renewals, or a related customer-facing role.
• Attributes: Enthusiastic, customer-focused, confident, persuasive, resilient, and motivated to meet sales goals.

Mandatory Eligibility Criterion

• At least one year of telesales or telemarketing experience.

Preferred Experience

Experience in a similar role at Tamil Matrimony, Bharat Matrimony, or M4Marry is preferred.

Work Schedule

• Shift: 10:00 AM–7:00 PM.
