Product Designer

Key Responsibilities

1. Product Development:
   • Collaborate with design teams to conceptualize and develop new products.
   • Create detailed technical specifications, drawings, and prototypes.
   • Evaluate materials, processes, and designs for feasibility and cost-effectiveness.
2. Testing and Quality Assurance:
   • Conduct performance tests and analyze results to ensure product reliability and compliance with standards.
   • Identify and resolve design or production issues.
   • Implement quality control processes to maintain high product standards.
3. Manufacturing Support:
   • Liaise with production teams to ensure smooth product manufacturing.
   • Optimize production processes for efficiency and cost reduction.
   • Provide technical support during product launches.
4. Continuous Improvement:
   • Monitor product performance and gather feedback to identify improvement opportunities.
   • Update and refine designs based on user feedback and technological advancements.
5. Collaboration and Communication:
   • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including R&D, marketing, and sales.
   • Prepare and present reports, proposals, and technical documentation.

Qualifications

• Education: Post Diploma in Tool Design.
• Experience: A minimum of 1 year of experience in product design, development, or manufacturing is preferred. Entry-level candidates are also encouraged to apply, as junior roles may be available.

• Proficiency in CAD software (e.g., AutoCAD, SolidWorks).
