Project Manager – Firefighting Systems & Project Planning

Location: Vasai, Palghar, Maharashtra
Experience: 3–5 years

Responsibilities

• Oversee the end-to-end planning, execution, and delivery of firefighting system installations within scope, budget, and timelines.
• Coordinate with internal teams, including design, procurement, and execution teams, as well as external stakeholders such as clients, contractors, and vendors.
• Lead engineers, technicians, and subcontractors; provide guidance and resolve on-site issues.
• Supervise the sourcing and management of materials and equipment.
• Monitor budgets, track expenditures, and help prevent cost overruns.
• Ensure adherence to quality standards and safety regulations, and conduct safety inspections.
• Maintain project schedules, change orders, material requisitions, and client communications.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for project updates and issue resolution.
• Identify project risks and develop mitigation strategies.

Requirements

• Degree in Mechanical Engineering.
• 3–5 years of project management experience in fire projects.
• Experience in the firefighting industry is preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders effectively.
