Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented Quality Assurance Analyst to support Order-to-Cash (O2C) operations within a BFSI account. The role focuses on evaluating transaction accuracy, ensuring compliance with established processes, identifying quality gaps, and recommending improvements to enhance operational performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct quality checks and audits of O2C transactions to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance with established procedures.
• Evaluate transaction processing against standard operating procedures, client requirements, and quality guidelines.
• Identify recurring errors, process gaps, and improvement opportunities.
• Document audit findings and provide actionable feedback to Operations teams.
• Analyze quality results and trends to identify root causes and recommend corrective actions.
• Prepare quality reports and maintain accurate audit records.
• Participate in quality calibration sessions to ensure consistent evaluation standards.
• Collaborate with Operations and other stakeholders to address quality issues and improve process performance.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance accuracy, efficiency, and compliance.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of relevant work experience.
• Hands-on experience in Order-to-Cash (O2C) processes is mandatory.
• BFSI or financial services background is required.
• Experience in shared services, BPO, Global Capability Centers (GCCs), or captive operations is preferred.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Good communication, documentation, and problem-solving skills.
• Previous experience in quality assurance, transaction auditing, or process compliance is an advantage.
• Experience working with global stakeholders or international teams is preferred but not mandatory.
• Willingness to work on-site in Alabang on a night shift, with possible weekend schedules.
