Quality Assurance Final Inspector — 2nd Shift

Location: West Chester, Pennsylvania 19380 — 100% onsite (local candidates only; no relocation available)

Job Summary

As a Quality Assurance Final Inspector, you will serve as the final quality checkpoint before products reach customers. You will ensure that precision-machined medical-device components meet specifications and applicable quality standards before delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform final inspections of precision-machined medical-device components
• Read and interpret blueprints and inspection requirements
• Identify scratches, burrs, nicks, and surface-finish defects, often under magnification
• Verify compliance with customer specifications and quality standards
• Support the calibration and traceability of inspection equipment
• Help ensure products are delivered accurately and on time

Qualifications

• Experience with quality inspection, blueprint reading, measurement instruments, and defect detection under magnification
• Familiarity with ISO 9001 and/or ISO 13485 environments
• High school diploma required; bachelor's degree preferred
• Strong attention to detail, with a commitment to quality, precision, and reliability
