RonInfoTech Solutions is immediately hiring for an RN - Labor & Delivery in Silver Spring, MD (Onsite Contract).

About the Role:
As an RN in Labor & Delivery, you will provide comprehensive nursing care to mothers and newborns throughout labor, delivery, recovery, and postpartum. Your responsibilities include monitoring maternal and fetal well-being, administering medications and treatments, assisting physicians during procedures, and educating patients and families. You will also provide neonatal care, function as the Baby RN when needed, and collaborate effectively within Labor, Delivery, Recovery, and Postpartum (LDRP) environments. This role involves assisting in OR procedures related to obstetrical care and collaborating with multidisciplinary healthcare teams to ensure safe and high-quality patient outcomes.

Contract Details:
Duration: 90 Days
Schedule: 3 Days/Week | 12-Hour Night Shifts (7:00 PM - 7:30 AM)
Hours: 36 Hours per Week

Ideal Candidate Profile:

  • Minimum 2 years of Labor & Delivery RN experience.
  • Experience in LDRP and acute care hospital settings.
  • Comfortable working in the Operating Room (OR) environment.
  • Strong experience in maternal, newborn, and postpartum care.
  • Excellent clinical assessment, communication, and patient care skills.
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced healthcare setting.

Required Certifications:

  • Active RN License
  • Basic Life Support (BLS)
  • Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS)
  • Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP)

Compensation:

  • Non-Local (Travelers): $55.03/hr (includes $32.12/hr taxable and $22.92/hr per diem)
  • Local (within 60 miles): $47.83/hr

This position is only open to applicants who can be engaged on a W-2 basis.
