Location: Concord, NH Compensation: $135,000–$175,000 base (may increase with a larger portable book of business) Level: Lateral Partner (Non-Equity) Minimum Portable Book: $300,000+

About the Opportunity

We are seeking an accomplished commercial real estate litigator to join our firm as a lateral partner. This is anticipated to be a non-equity partner position. The firm is prepared to provide approximately 300–500 hours of firm-generated work to complement the partner's portable client base.

Qualifications

• Established real estate-based commercial litigation practice.
• Minimum $300,000 portable book of business; a larger book is strongly preferred.
• Strong client relationship and business development capabilities.
• Proven ability to manage sophisticated commercial disputes independently.
• Admission to practice law in New Hampshire and good standing.
