Minimum portable book: $300,000+

About the Opportunity

Our client is seeking an accomplished real estate commercial litigator to join the firm as a lateral partner. The successful candidate will bring an established, real estate-focused commercial litigation practice. The firm can provide approximately 300–500 hours of firm-generated work to complement the partner’s portable client base.

Qualifications

• Established real estate-focused commercial litigation practice
• Minimum portable book of business of $300,000; a larger book is strongly preferred
• Strong client-relationship and business-development capabilities
• Ability to manage sophisticated commercial disputes independently
• Admission to the New Hampshire Bar, or eligibility for admission, and good standing
