Role Overview

The Recruitment Operations Manager will translate client requirements into efficient, predictable recruitment outcomes. This role involves overseeing recruiters, team leads, processes, productivity, and key recruitment metrics to ensure operational excellence.

Responsibilities

• Manage recruitment operations across multiple teams and clients.
• Allocate requirements based on recruiter capability and workload.
• Monitor recruitment turnaround time (TAT) and overall productivity.
• Track key recruitment metrics, including CV submissions, interviews, selections, offers, and joinings.
• Identify and resolve bottlenecks in the recruitment funnel.
• Coach team leads and recruiters to enhance performance and improve closure ratios.
• Analyze replacement cases to identify trends and implement preventive measures.
• Ensure client requirements are clearly understood and fulfilled.
• Coordinate effectively with Recruitment and Business Development teams.
• Prepare and present weekly recruitment performance reports.
• Establish and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) and recruitment dashboards.
• Improve revenue per recruiter.
• Identify underperforming recruiters and develop targeted improvement plans.
