Recruitment Partner (Commission-Based) - Remote, PAN India

About the Role

We are seeking motivated Recruitment Partners to assist in hiring delivery executives across India for logistics and e-commerce operations. This is a remote role where you will source candidates, guide them through the hiring process, and earn commission for each successful placement.

Responsibilities

• Source delivery executive candidates through various channels including job portals, social media, WhatsApp, referrals, educational institutions, and local networks.
• Screen candidates and verify basic eligibility criteria.
• Coordinate interviews and onboarding processes.
• Maintain an active pipeline of qualified candidates.
• Track candidate progress through to successful joining.
