Remote Data Analyst

We are looking for a detail-oriented Remote Data Analyst to collect, analyze, and interpret data to support business decisions. The ideal candidate is comfortable working with spreadsheets, databases, reports, and data visualization tools.

Key Responsibilities

• Collect, organize, and analyze data from various sources.
• Prepare regular reports, dashboards, and data summaries.
• Identify trends, patterns, and opportunities within datasets.
• Clean and validate data to ensure accuracy and consistency.
• Maintain spreadsheets and databases with up-to-date information.
• Work with different teams to understand data requirements.
• Use analytical findings to support business and operational decisions.
• Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and prepare performance reports.
• Present findings clearly to management and team members.
• Maintain confidentiality and follow data-handling procedures.

Required Skills

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets.
• Familiarity with data visualization and reporting.
• Basic knowledge of SQL is preferred.
• Experience with Power BI, Tableau, or similar tools is an advantage.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
• Good time-management and organizational skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Degree, diploma, or relevant training in data analytics, statistics, business, computer science, or a related field.
• Previous experience in data analysis or reporting is preferred but not always required.
